Has anyone seen any good tutorials on mixing multitrack trance music songs? I'm needing help on how much to crank up EQ for which sounds, whether to use compression on this kick or that snare and how much.

For example I found this page that had a really great tutorial on mixing bass with the Waves C4 "upward comp +3db" preset.

Might I add the same C4 to kick? Snare just maybe?

And what about adding some Waves MultiMaximizer?

I don't know. I'm just looking for a few good pointers.
