This is a basic very simple question. What do i need to record music in my house lol. I am a rapper and i need to know what exactly i need to record myself. Links and websites would be very much appreciated. And by equipment i mean Mic's, Programs, Device's, and anything else needed to record my voice over a beat with professional quality for a beginner price. My budget will be around $500 I'm 17 and unemployed right now but i have some money and this is something I'm really interested in.
