I just added (2) VT737sp preamps to my studio. I applied a 1kHz tone at 0dB to both. One VT VU reads -3dB and the other is about -.5dB. When metering the unchanged output, I read about 0dB. The VU, when set to monitor the output, does not seem to be calibrated correctly. I know you can adjust the meters for the compressor but this adjustment seems to have no effect for the output meter.

Anyone know how to calibrate the output meter? I've been going by ear which is fine for me, but I have a few guys that need to use the VUs. I wouldn't mind having them for reference either.
