regardless of what program you use the HT technology will be used. It interleaves the processing so you get more oomph out of your system. You should though install the system as either an ACPI or MPS Multiprocessor machine when you have that CPU as that is what is required. Standard PC is not a dual processor friendly environment altogether.
I'm waiting on the prices to drop or for me to do lots of tech calls to be able to afford that beast soon enough!
