I purchased brand new pair of Samson Resolv65 for $99.99 &
used Peavey PV260H Power Amp for 89.99 (arrives 1 week)

the monitors were brand new, but Daddy'sJunkyMusic had a overstock sale & the amp is used shipped from another store.

I am using M-Audio omnistudio usb & basically 2 mics
1 mic for my conga's and the other mic for my cousins guitar

I tried using my computer speakers as monitors, but for some weird reason I had to crank them up really really high to hear anything. So I went out and hopefully did the right thing by getting some real monitors.

For someone who is into Latin Jazz, will this setup be decent?
