I was trying to insert a finish product into a new project using Cubase LE, so that I could add some effects to the whole song and try and make the song louder in general...
But everytime i insert the audio it turns out like slowed down and warped, I dont know why it does this, or if I'm supposed to set something? Whats going on here = /
Since were on the topic, I asked this before, but I'm still not understanding it. How do I get my song louder without major distortion? It seems I have to turn my speakers up REALLY loud compared to if I listened to a CD/mp3 that I bought.

Haha just kidding, okay, I understand... Well I don't, but I understand what my goal is... I'll get there.
How would I go about fixing that(as far as the sample rate)? Any idea? Thanks :)

The "loud" part is easy - Experience, experience, experience and a good mastering engineer.
There are those that'll say "throw a limiter on it" and to a point, yes. That's a valid thought. However, it takes an experienced engineer to make a mix that will *handle* that kind of volume. It doesn't happen by itself. So that's something to shoot for.
The other part - Sounds like you have a mis-match on the sample rate.
