I am haveing a bitch of a time exporting from Nuendo to ProsTools. I am using Broadcast wav files... BUT it is still iffy when it comes to importing. Is there a better way? Is this ProsTools way of trying to keep its lock on the Pro DAW world?

Sorry for cross posting. I found this sub forum after I posted in the computing forum.

Yes...cross posting annoys us since it's best to keep the topic at one place...Im going to delete the other post on the Pro Talk side then...
Now..as I stated earlier Mac's read Wav files backwards...and PC's read Aiff files backwards...it's not a Digidesign issue..it's a Mac vs PC issue..plain and simple..if you have loops and so forths export them as a file...make sure the marker for the song is set and keep it that way for each file you export so when you import into Pro Tools you dont need to nudge or move files.
It's the only way to do this properly..until Steinberg puts a batch file exporter in the program it will be a PITA!!! It has been requested tho...when it will be implimented, I'm not sure!
