oh yeah, and I know about using a midi in and a midi out both going into protools . then play what you want in record mode into your midi track. they will play back through your keyboard. but those are only messages you then need to track the audio out of the keyboard into another track of protools, I dont want to have to do that, is there anyway, I can just play and have it there? I went to school at Trebas in Toronto, and we used cubase, and whatever we played recorded right on, I want that but with protools, and its been so long I forget half the shit I learned...
