This has likely been beat to death before, but wanna make sure I'm on the right track. I'm getting a new dual xeon quad core PC - currently has a single 320Gig SATA 7500rpm drive. I'm thinking of adding 2 more SATA drives to configure as follows:

120Gig 7500rpm new disk: Vista OS & apps (Sonar 8 PE & BFD2.0)
120Gig 7500rpm new disk: Sonar audio project files
320Gig 7500rpm existing disk: BFD2.0 samples (~55 Gig worth)

Any glaring concerns? Also, a related question - when the DAW app is doing I/O - is the OS also doing I/O, thus the usual config for separate disks for OS and digital audio?
