i'm trying so get as close as possible soundproofing my studio from the control room i was wondering if anyone has heard of this material or what you think about it

Those are COEFFICIENTS ... Total absorption would be a Coeffecient of 1.0 ...

At any rate .. it's not very good for low end problems but ok for upper mids and highs.. which is exactly what one would expect from a packing blanket..

You can purchase packing blankets for about $15 to $20 each at the local U Haul store or Home Depot.. Markertek also has them http://www.markertek.com
