For instance...the best one yet!
Epoch sales down in Santa Ana, they rep for StorCase. I call Thursday morning, 10am here, and place the order for both drive bays...I specifically requested and asked to make sure it arrived the next day. Not a hard request since they are like an hour and a half away! Well, Friday rolls along and I don't have them. Ok, not open on Saturdays so I'll have to wait till monday...Monday comes along and I get sent out to the record plant to drop off some Apogeegear(the AD and DA 16)..so I don't get out of there till 7:30pm...went to work..nothing. ouch. I didn't have her number with me so I couldn't call her.
So Tuesday rolls about and I call up. Speak to the sales person...it seems this sales person "forgot" to put the order through. . ...laung pause of silence.
I'm sure you guys could imagine what my thoughts were at that present moment. PISSED OFF :p
