Tech support calls and emails are beginning to come in. This can be challenging -- Soundscape still supports the product that got them started in '93 (who else does that?) so it may take some research on my part to get answers to more obscure questions, but I'm determined to deliver excellent support as always (and besides, I like a challenge!)
Sales are beginning to happen as well--always a good thing...

It's great to hear that SS is still in tact, growing, and developing after the Mackie buy-out. I seldom post on here, since I'm still not a SS owner (unfortunately), but I do check and read this forum each time I'm on RO. It's been quite a while, now, since the buy-out, and I'm glad that SS didn't get pushed under the carpet in the process. The SS team is second to NONE, and it would have been a real shame if all of their effort and accomplishments had gone to waste. Since the beginning of RO, I've had many communications with several members of the SS team, and they will bend over backward to help people in any way possible.
