I have Pro Tools with the Digi 002 on a Mac G-4. I also have Cubase SL on a Windows XP PC. I use Cubase for my MIDI sequencing, and PT for everything else.
I want to sync the two systems so I can have PT be the master and Cubase be the slave. Then I can record my sequencing without having to import it into PT.
Is there a cheap and easy way to sync these two systems? They both have MIDI in/out ability. I think there is, but I am still learning MIDI, and I am stumped.
Thanks,
Eric

Just set PT to generate MMC or MTC and set Cubase to slave from that...
In Pro Tools go to Session Setup and go to the Time Code Settings..in there select MTC to port and choose the MIDI ouput port you would like to send MTC out of.
In Cubase go to the Transport Menu and select Sync Setup..in there set the Sync to MTC! Done!
Opus :D

Normally I would say to set PT to generate timecode and feed it to Cubase via the Midi interface, but I dont think PT LE is capable of doing that without the DV package.
