They like good preamps.

They hate compressors used in the analog line inputs.

If you buy the expansion card they have a descent vocal room with reverb and a nice compressor. The tube modeling one isn't bad. I have yet to really get into all the features.

The unit is like a maze.

The thing I hate is that it only has 12 faders so that if you use channel 13 and up you have to switch banks, then wait for the motorized faders to kick in. Not good when mastering. I'm used to having all the faders at my fingers playing them like a piano, with sub groups too.

So from now on the click track goes on 13 and everything else will be 1-12. If I need more than 12 tracks I have to make sure anything in the 13-22 range is a track I don't need to fuss about.
