Hey all,
I'm new to the whole DAW game. I'm going to be using SonarXL and am looking for an audio/midi interface.
I'll be using a laptop, and thus need the USB connectivity.
Right now, it'll be vocals/MIDI keyboards/hand drums/guitar-- maybe 2 tracks at a time.
I like the 224 for the control surface but am concerned that I'm going to outgrow it. Is the audio and midi on it decent enough if I decide to upgrade control surfaces later (like the midiman surfaceone)?
Or should I go with just the midi/I/O and get the Quattro, so I can swap out control surfaces?
Is the audio quality better with the quattro or the Tascam?
