Hey,
Does any know what the Midi ins and outs are for on the V-amp II? I understand that you couldnt sequence a guitar from it or anything like that? So what are they for? Can you record to multitrack (I have a hardware fostex FD-4) via midi? Is there an advantage to this over using the normal 1/4" cables? I know nothing about midi, but I am looking into it... sorry if some of my questions are stupid...

MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface. It's a la
MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface. It's a language musical devices use to communicate. In your situation, you would use another midi device (such as a midi foot controller) to change programs and parameters on your Pod . . . err I mean V-Amp . . . .
