I guess this is the right place to ask this question:
I have an g3 ibook (the new one, not the gay-clam lookin' one) with a DVD/Cd-R combo drive. I love using waveburner to sequence records I've mixed, so my artist/record label can get an idea of how their record will sound with certain sequences, crossfades, etc. I know that waveburner does not support firewire drives. I can't get it to see my CD-R internal  I checked version tracker to see if there was a more current driver out there, but there isn't. I can burn CD's using toast, but waveburner just won't see it. Any ideas of what my problem could be?

Waveburner currently only supports SCSI drives that I know of.
Waveburner currently only supports SCSI drives that I know of. There was a post from Emagic today on the user forum that Firewire/ATAPI support is currently in beta for Waveburner Pro. It will probably become my CD-burning/mastering program of choice when Firewire support happens.
