OK, we all realize that audio electronics wiring is done at painfully small scale, especially as we get older, it all seems to get even smaller. But these damn Switchcraft longframe patch cord plugs have got to be the worst. The size of the little set screws for attaching the pos and neg wires are ridiculously small; and how are you supposed to secure the ground wire on the type 482 and 483 plugs? At least the 480 plug has a 3rd screw for the ground. But nobody sells 480 plugs. I have been happily wiring up a patchbay all summer, but I'll be damned if I'm going to make my own patch cables - these plugs are not scaled for humans. God, what must the TT plugs be like?
