Provides telephone and email support to customers in the installation, use and troubleshooting of E-MU products (legacy and current) with emphasis on desktop audio production support .
Education/Work Experience:
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in technical support/customer service of professional digital audio products or related skills, strong verbal and written skills, PC skills, and superior interpersonal skills. Knowledge of professional digital audio is required and knowledge of E-MU products is a definite plus!
