I think you have to have an index finger and a thumb to do those...pretty tricky stuff. Locate the left/right can knob for the channel you want to use this cool effect on and twist it left and right to suit.

Since you are using a computer, you have to locate the panning knob on your screen...it's there, somewhere. Prolly have to record automation...something similar.
