Hey guys/girls.
A few of my engineering friends and I are trying to bring the Roger Nichols Master Class to Los Angeles in the near future. Roger is a multi grammy award winning engineer and producer who achieved legendary status with his work with Steely Dan. A class with Roger Nichols…
Besides his most well know accomplishments, Nichols invented and built a digital sampling drum machine in the late ‘70s called WENDELjr, and designed an array of plug-in devices for use in the recording studio. He also wrote columns for professional audio publications and conducted master classes in engineering.
This would have been an amazing class to hear.
