I don't think this is the board w/audio and USB2.0. You may want to check, from what I remember, the board you stated is USB 1.1, and has no on-board audio. I believe you need just the Asus P4B266(don't know about all the revisions out there).

Thanks for the heads up!! If there are item on board that I don't want or need, I'll just disable them in BIOS. As technology changes (and it will soon enough!!) this board will be obsolete and we'll all be talking about the newest, latest, greatest, nuclear powered, remote controlled, sound slinger out there. When that day comes and upgrading happens again, I can re-enable all the functions and turn it over to the kids.
