Blue Yeti to Asus Xonar STX

I'm using the Blue Yeti and I noticed a lot of hissing sound from the mic. I could use programs to filter it out, but I think it's better to solve the problem from the root. I have a good feeling the hissing sound is coming from feedback from the computer, it's plugged into the "crappy" RealTek one that's stock with most computers.

I have a coolermaster 690II advance case, noctUA nh-d14 cpu cooler, asus p8z68 v-pro gen 3 mobo, and the corsair hx 650w psu. I thought for some reason there was a fan speed control that i could install for the fans but as it turns out there isn't. There is the AI suite with a tool called fan xpert that i read a little about that you can control fan speeds. Has anyone used this?

I have just received all the parts for my new daw build and am not familiar with the asus p8z68 mobo. I have purchased 1 crucial m4 128gb ssd and two 1 tb wd caviar black 6gb/s 64mb cache sata 3 hdd's. The mobo has 2 intel 6gb/s sata 3 connections and 4 sata 2 connections but also 2 marvell PCIe 6gb/s sata 3 connections and 1 jmicron esata 3gb/s connection.
