Hello all. 

I have a friend who has a studio who is Looking for a talkback system Battery for an AMEK MOZART 56-channel console, and I thought  that someone here might be able to point me in a good direction to begin searching.
If you have any advice on where to begin my search, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm looking for a (portable) digital recorder, battery-powered, 3 or more XLR ins, phantom pw. Portability not an issue, however complete standaloneness would be definitely nice. Maybe Zoom H6. Any better ideas?

Zagg Sparq 2.0 works with Usbpre2 for standalone power. only use the bottom outlet as the top one is higher current for fast charge compatible devices.

Hi, i own a fostex pd6 and need to purchase a battery system to feed it, i am uusing actually the low cost lead acid 12 volts battery, but they are heavy and have a short life, and not relialable

I have been suggested a system based on IDX with vmount and XLR 4 pin i was wondering if could find someting cheaper,
anyone of you has a similar experience?

During a production, a wireless mic required "0" input gain at the console preamp and still had plenty of signal in the level meter (acting like a line-level input requiring -20dB PAD). Very odd. Then, the batteries died. Once they were changed out of the transmitter, the gain staging went back to normal and (as it should) the mic required input gain on the console to get good levels.

The 1 month old APC backup unit employed on my studio failed twice today, once last week. Yes there are shoddy power issues in the building. We have multiple breakers in our sub-board but haven't popped. These issues are for the electrician.

when i try to load all komplete4 instruments on the vst panel, by the time i load the 2nd or luckily the 3rd N.I.vst Cubase4 freezes
specs are
1.-A quad core processor
2.-3.25 gigs ram
3.-32-bit operating system (xp)
& tons of space and 3 separate drives for your stuff.
it JUST GETS STUCK
