crane song

Howdy. I have an opportunity to pick up one of these (around 2002 or maybe 2003 model) for a very decent price.

This question goes to STC8/OCL2.
How do you folks generally use these two units?
OCL2 for tighting overall and STC8 for catching some peaks?

I am considering an STC8 in close future.

Is the CRane Song Hedd 192kHz upgrade worth it? I know its not that expensive but I am really not sold on the need for 192kHz. Thoughts?

Hi guys.Can anyone tell me how the power supply on an Ibis is configured,all I need to know is if they are switchable between 110v and 240v or if a special 240v psu is required? John do you know?I bet you do.

Hello, could anyone please give me their thoughts on the quality of the Crane Song HEDD converters? How do they compare to, say, Digidesign's 192 converters or Apogee converters?

Wonder if they got the ADAT i/o to 96k. According to the website, they were expecting to have this by mid 2003, but no other update to it.

Are both smooth?Or better to look at Apogee psx 100?
