I just noticed the banner ad. Are you just the dealer for Canada? Who are Seb's dealers in the U.S.?

What are the downsides to buying, say, a PT Mix system from a "non-authorized" Digi dealer?

For instance, I see them a lot on ebay and they claI'm the box is unopened and unregistered (blank registration card).
