May i know is that any posibility to individual control the parameter of each Delay and Reverb? or it's only ONE parameter for the effect call Delay+Reverb?

I'm now using Yamaha EMX5000 with Dual Effects...I like it so much. But seems the new latest model dosn't provide the quality of the effects as pretty as the older version...Looking for an Extra mixer,means i wish to grab a more piece for Live purpose...need your suggestion..

hi.i just hooked up my zoom effects unit using the effects send/return on my Tascam 4 track. it works beautifuly but ive i come across a problem and any help would be appreciated.

I'm getting onto finer points of my mixes. If you refer to the "recording massively high gain guitars" post earlier you can see what gear I am using.



I'm trying to get a big explosion sound in a couple of the songs I'm mixing in order to give more dramiatic effect to the different parts of the songs.

I'm trying to figure out what it's called, and how it's achieved, but it's hard to describe or give an example as I dont usually listen to this style of music but I may be able to find one if all else fails.



It's usually used in rap and hip hop on vocals and it makes them sound all de-tuned wierd and synthed. Anyone?

I am getting familiar with my first home setup using Cubase SE 1.0.7 and a Boss GS-10. I would prefer to record clean guitar and then decide between effects from the GS-10 after recording. Is this possible, and, if so, how? Thanks in advance for any help.

Whatever they're called, I'm recording straight in so I want realistic guitar sounds (both lead and rhythm) as well as decent sounding drums and synths, the whole package basically. Is there anywhere to download decent free ones?

I am redoing the song "I'm so hood" by dj khaled, and I am having a really hard time getting the sound right on the "I'm so hood" part of the chorus. It is sung by Dj khaled himself, and I cant figure out what effects he used on it. Any suggestions? thanks for your time!
