Hi! Most of you probably also work as engineers or simply perform live. That's why I'd like to ask you a question regarding to feedback reduction.

Hi, I'm looking for a decent quality, affordable (~ $100?) handheld digital recorder that I can use with 2 lapel mics to record face-to-face interviews.
Ideally the device will have USB for easy transfer to a Mac.
Any advice on the best setup (including lapel mics, or not, if there are decent mic-less options) is truly appreciated.
i know i sound bit dumb but need some good advice please i work with young djs trying to give them a chance to show there talents to show them how they are doing we record them and are currently using a HD mini disk but would like a device that can be used by the kids at home if need be something on the lines of a dictaphone sort of unit.
Hello folks,
I am so very new to the recording zone and would love to get some input.
I've been looking on google shopping for a voice recorder that I can use for singing. I'm sure there are much better alternatives to a handheld voice recorder, but that's what I'm looking for.
A wireless microphone transmitter consisting of both the microphone and the transmitter electronics in one integrated package.
hello guys!
my friend's running a karaoke cafe bar that includes a live computer-based recording system.
current wireless handheld system:
(i believe) a Shure t288 dual handheld wireless w/ 2 sm58 or pg58 mikes.
the problem he has now is that when recording, the wireless signal often drops out and the quality is not that good.
Hi,
I recently just watched the film "Metallica - Some Kind Of Monster" and through the entire recording process, James Hetfield sings into this handheld vocal microphone in the control room instead of going into the booth...
It almost looks like he's holding a backwards gun sort of...
Anyone know what kind of microphone this is?
I'm looking for a dynamic mic for vocal recordings. I had acceptable results with an Sennheiser E835 in the past, and good results with an MD 422.
There is, of course, the 58, but it feels a little... ehhmm... standard...
How does it compare to the 422, the beta 57 or the evolution mics?
Hey guys. Does anybody know of a good handheld mic for a classical bass/baritone to use. I would buy a Neumann KMS105 ideally, but it's not in the budget, so I'm thinking a Shure Beta 87. Any suggestions?
