Health issues with Polyurethane Acoustic panels

Hi there,
Just bought brand new acoustic panels. These are 60cm x 120cm with rigid panel of polyurethane foam 40kg/m3 as the absorvent material. They are covered with good breathable fabric at both front and back sides. Images attached.

Ok I'm not sure if this is quite the right place for this, but i've scoured the net for this one to no avail, how do i make my voice gravelly raspy?

Without wanting to state the obvious,
I would like to suggest some advice for those who happen to have embarked on their home recording projects. It may also serve to remind all of us of the importance of looking after our precious hearing.
Our hearing is THE most important element in our work.
But much more important - it is part of our very being.
