mastering workflow

This is an attempt at mastering while explaining the process and using only Samplitude plugins..
Tell me what you think ! (remember I'm not a ME ! ;)

My main missing things are
LUFS metering
M/S processing
Having long peak holds on the spectrum analyser.

I would like to know what you all think about this: which, in your opinion, is the best workflow for mastering an album:

1 - 2 tracks (as traditionally compares to a game of chess);
2 - each song in its own track, so the project will have much more than 2 tracks (usually 10 or more tracks)

Using Reaper: Decided to do a quick master as a proof of concept/workflow and just wanted to review it. Here's what I did:

1. Took my latest mix and rendered it 44.1, 24bit with the Master bus fader on Zero (null) to a .wav. which produced a track with the following info on analysis
   

I am just curious how other folks are using wavelab?

I tried using montage but it seems to take longer, because if there is a problem with one song you have to re-render the entire montage. Also, it always seems like a compromise to set master effects (EQ, Limiting, etc) so that they work for all songs in the montage.
