Why are all of the Ozone 6 presets so aimed towards fixing eq and imaging and not at all geared towards getting decent Compression and or volume. Of course you gotta add a little air or shine to a finished mix but most of the work should be done in compression and limiting.

I have a very annoying problem in Cubase 5. When I connect my digital keyboard to my computer and I select a VST instrument, for example, RealStrat, I can play and record, but I can't load any presets to the VST instrument, as they can be distortion or effects. I also noticed that when I open the audio menu I can't select any option in it.
I use Windows 8.1.
I have a DSP24 Value sound card. For some strange reason I have never been able to save my presets. I tried almost anything including uninstalling and re-installing. In the output mixer I want to save output 1/2 as "wave out" but everytime I restart my computer the settings are reverted back to its original setting.
Strangely enough channel volume settings are saved.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS THE BEST PRESET FOR A GOOD WARM VOCAL ON THE ROLAND MMP2? THANKS :?:
I'm a beginner in music but play with some quite experienced musicians. None of them are vocalists but one owns a Peavey XR 684 PA system. We only cover songs, mostly classic rock.

hey guys, i am using Cubase le, and i wanted to know how to save my settings in presets. i wasnt sure to ave them to banks or effects, and i cant seem to get diferent presets for the tracks i want. the main thing is my compressor, and i have certain settigns for each instument/drum. i just need to know how to save these presnts, and be able to apply each diferent one for each track. thanx!
Any advice on importing/exporting presets in either of these programs? I had to reinstall Adobe (CEPro) and don't really have the time/inclination to reconfigure everything.
