Hey. I am having this weird problem with VSTs which I think might be my own fault for being almost a newbie concerning Nuendo. I import a simple midi track I created in a guitar tab program (Guitar pro 5) and want to sample it with the included in Nuendo synths, for example: monologue. I set the output to be Monologue and choose a preset, for example: Octaves lead.

Hi all. I just recently purchased a pair of Yamaha hs50m's which I'm using in conjunction with my Focusrite saffire firewire audio interface. To make a long story short I was getting some dreadful noise through the monitors. When I unplug the power supply from my laptop and run from battery power, the noise dissapears completely and my entire system is functional.

Strange mic problem. Please help.

hello everybody :D
I've been recording with my Sennheiser e835,pluged in the PC since 2 years, but now I have some problems. Since my PC mainboard etc. were exchanged i can't hear my voice with the mic. I can't record,i can't hear myself...nothing. The soundcard is new and i think it's OK. Everything is plugged in right and the volume control is configured as usual.

Hi, I've been remodeling my recording studio but I've come across a small problem. My tracking room is next to a parking lot ramp, so everytime a car passes by, some parts of the structure vibrate and produce a very low rumble. I already used a lot of fiberglass between the actual wall and the drywall in every wall in the room. What else can I do to resolve this problem?

I'm sure this can be answered VERY easily by someone with a bit of experience but I'm stumped! I've just setup a basic recording system to create a podcast. This is my first attempt at any type of recording and have NO experience. The problems is that I can only record the left channel from a mic and wondering how to set up the mic so that both left and right will record.
