Tascam DP-01 import problems

I got this because I needed a simple platform to write for a few friends out of state. I have not had any success in importing .WAV files into the machine. I have followed all of the directions, and (forgive me for saying) went to the Guitar center (I.E.Retard center) and tried to get one of the underpaid and seldom laid to explain the process. They like always were clueless.

Mbox2 power up problems

I bought an Mbox2 today and unable to get it to power up off my NEW ibook G4 (1.42ghz). went back to Guitar Center and they were unable to power up off thier NEW pwerbook (1.67 ghz). both laptops had Pro Tools 6.9.2 installed.
THEN we hooked it up to thier imac G4 desktop, without any Pro Tools installed, and it powered up! what's going on? :-?

Very low input volume! Bizzare, yet troublesome problem.

EDIT: Whoops! Sorry, I think I may have posted this in the wrong forum. Mods/admins, I think it should be moved to "Home, Project Studio." Thanks!

Alright. I have a huge problem. I posted this on several forums, but I just recently found recording.org. Hopefully, I can post here and get some more input on my troubles:

Pro Tools 7 LE and UAD Multiband Limiter problem

Hi, I've just installed version 4.1 of the UAD1 plugs on my Digi002 PT 7 LE system and activated the demo of the Multiband Limiter; I've inserted the limiter on the master track of a project and I get this situation: the right channel remains unprocessed while the left channel is processed but delayed! I've already tried to change the playback buffer (latency) settings... any suggestions?

Audio level problems

I have a problem with my audio levels. It seems that when I playback a recorded mono track, the audio levels (visually on the meters and audibly) are not the same as when I set them before recording. They are weaker on playback. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

FYI, I don't have any plugins on these tracks...they are dry.
