Just came across something very cool. Was browsing The New York Public Library website and noticed it has a series of new online videos that gives a snapshot of its research collections...including the Archives of Recorded Sound.

Since I came here looking for help in mastering a project, I thought I should let you guys know what a great job Mike Fossenkemper did for me. I’ve always wanted to work on records and with great artists, but it just didn’t happen for me. I work with very small budgets and “we need it yesterday” kind of gigs.

Has anyone out there had any experience (good or bad) with public relations people?

Did they get you any results (additional press mentions, more work, etc)

Was the job they did for you cost effective?

I need to take some time for health issues. If I do not post for a while, don't worry..I am away..If I do not post for a few weeks, well I did not make it.
