Spacelab as a Reverb

This beautiful unit came through to get Jensen input transformers added and Recapping done. Nice design and solid construction.

I know it's not a fancy verb by any stretch...but I still love it. Probably because I had one in the 90s, I still crave it. Lexicon ALEX. I always wondered about the vortex...anyone play with one of those?

On my cheap-as-it-gets phone there are some pretty convincing (medium) room sounds especially on electric guitar. Other than that I have no idea what to this a sounds like.

I discovered an issue with my ZED and contacted tech support, here's how it went:

I have a permanent quandary over placement of a master level reverb. My live side wants to put it last, as after all, you don't actually control the reverb of a real environment. So, I am curious, do you all put it after a limiter/maximiser or before?.

Hey I recently took up on a $15 upgrade to the latest version of D16 ‘Toraverb’ reverb plugin. Among a few other new options the main thing I found enticing is the M/S feature. Which allows you adjust mid and side parameters for early and late reflections separately.
