comping feature of Logic Pro, sub tracks
I was recording some bass, and made new tracks for each take(I have been able to make this very effective), but when I came back to look at the recordings, I found something that I've never seen before. How can I get it back to normal? Right now I can't even move the files!

SSL X Desk - need sub groups - how to expand? modify to get additional 8 sub groups?
hi to all,
i'm happy user of SSL x desk but i need 8 additional sub groups. X desk has 16 channels totally (8 line inputs and 8 alternate cue mix channels) 8 inserts and 8 direct outs. my dream is to build or use (modify SSL x desk?) some existing features to get 8 summing sub groups. is that possible?
thank you in advance
J

Ok...here's another question...does using subgroups in logic audio 5.5 degrade signal in any way? I know it's all digital...but doesn't sound go through additional algorithm? What's your opinion? I must be crazy but I'm telling you that I hear a small change in sound even though my bus fader is set to 0.
