New THORAX?
Hi y'all.
Just wondering when the new THORAX will be out and how will it be different to the old THORAX?
Hi y'all.

Just looking at the website. I can't imagine how you can make the Thorax any better? It's still my favorite audio tool. Can you tell us what you have in the works?
hey y'all. So far I' have used him on bass and guitars .
All I can say is this box rocks 8-)
What I really like is the Air Eq on the acoustic steel string.
Is there a recomended setting for voice on this compressor?
I'm using light compression as I track and am getting impressive results.
Here's a review of the Sebatron THORAX valve channel strip at : (Dead Link Removed)
How do these two compare as someone's only pre?
I got my Origin couple of days ago and I do love it! I'm just wondering if I did the best possible choice here...
I record mostly vocals & spoken voice, but also acoustic guitars, bass, percussion...
Kurt I know you have used both, what do you think?
Anyone else?
Thanks guys!
Hi
Besides the obvious...two channels on te veqc200, pre-amp on the Thorax...what are the specific differences between the Compressors on the two units?
Thanks
Mick
Where can I find tubes for my 2000e,whats the Thorax going $$$$$$ for?
How bout ya Kurt? Did you get the Thorax? Have you had any time to play with it? What do you think?
We all know how skeptical you are about the Sebatron products. (just a joke)
I want to track vocals and acoustic guitar. They will be blended with keys, bass and drums direct, and violin by mic. Should I be looking at the 2000e yielding 2 channels for a stereo image for the guitar, or is a Thorax a better choice and have a duplicate track created for the mix?
I'm assuming the Thorax would be the preferred item for the vocals.
Had about an hour to finally get things hooked up and play through the Thorax. Haven't played the bass or vox through it yet but I played guitar through it clean and with a vintage rat driving it.
The sweetest fuzz tones I've ever heard. No square wave harsh - just the feeling of the most kick-ass sweater enveloping you.
