Hey, I'm new to the site and already have a question -- I want to get the 1010LT because it definitely seems to be the best fit for me (and my budget). I've seen comments on this site dating back to 2005 that lead me to believe it's a good card but is it still a good choice? If not what similar card would be just as good and within that price range?
Thanks.

I have a pair of Delta 44 cards in my PC. I picked that because its "old" technology, and therefore very stable. The Delta series is well developed and has solid drivers. +1 from me! Andy

Cool, I like the fact that there's a breakout box instead of cables. I only have room for one card in my comp though (in addition to the one that's in there now - which I would use for output), that's why I'm interested in the 1010LT ...can you get a 1/4" based breakout box for it?
the 1010LT is the sans breakout box version. if you want a break
the 1010LT is the sans breakout box version. if you want a breakout box you need the 1010 (non LT) which is a bit more expensive. i have the 1010 and i love it except that i dont have any preamps anymore :(
