I don't know which mixer you currently have but my guess is that you only have stereo outs which means you can only record two tracks at a time. In reality though it sounds like you are starting from close to Zero in terms of knowledge and understanding (which is cool we were all there once) and as such it is going to be pretty hard to build your foundation through this forum.

Go to your local music store, let them know you are starting from Zero and buy an appropriate book and start reading. Once you have some rudimentary knowledge this group can probably help with basic hints and tips on various issues and problems. Questions of this nature are really too broad to reply to or cover. Good Luck!

You would need a soundcard with multiple inputs, something like an M-Audio Delta 1010 has 10 inputs. You would need to route each individual channel out from your mixer into each input of the sound card. Then you would set up as many tracks as you need in your sequencer and assign each input to a different track. That's the best way I can think to do it. You may as well take the dive and get a decent soundcard. Those soundblasters don't really cut it for music production.

you would do exactly as gnarr instructed. or if you would like to know what he is telling you to do, do what digger told you to do. buy a book. you are starting from scratch, we all did at one point. there is nothing wronge with it. just addmit it, read a book and learn what to do. give a man a jingle and he will jingle for one day, teach that man to jingle and he will jingle all the way.
