A QSC rmx2450 as a power amp
Two Yamaha 15" club V floor monitors
A Mackie 1604 VLZ Pro
Two Audix om2 for backup vox
A Shure sm58A beta for lead vox
is this a good PA setup?
Also I cant afford outboard processing, so when i play live we run each mic channel into a Digi001, and use Wavesplat / Wavesvocal bundle for compression and EQ, as well as effects sometimes.
For this equipment / setup, what would you recommend for EQ / compression settings.
We play emo / pop punkish. Kinda of like falloutboy and taking back sunday stuff.
Im lead vox and i have a pretty high voice when I sing. Im kinda a noob to this stuff lol.

are you using the Yamaha monitors as mains? Theres no reason you cant, but if you arent, then what are you using as mains? rmx2450 almost sounds like a bit much for those Yamahas.
Good call on OM2s for backups vox, they add some good warmth as compared to the 58, which should bring out the lead vox a bit. thumbsup on that one!
get some outboard gear when you get a chance .. look into lexicon mx200 and tc electronic m350. they are both great pieces of gear. or, get one of those dbx DriveRackPAs ... they have multieffects, compression, reverb, eq, and more .. all in one rack space! You can even buy an optional mic that you put in the middle of the room and the DriveRack automatically EQs the room for you! NEAT!
Mackie VLZ is sweet.
