microphone for RAP

Would you consider an AT3035 to a RODE NTK a significant upgrade?

It would be mainly be used for hip hop /rap vocals. .

if you don't think so give an opinion to a better one?

i would stick with the AT3035. rap doesnt require high quality mics.

An upgrade to quality preamps would do more for you than a new mic, you might buy the mic and honestly not hear a big difference.
