pro tools midi

I have pro tools le digi 001 and i did some piano midi tracks. I can export them and listen to them on my computer just fine, but when I try to open the midi file in cakewalk it is only half of the song . frustrating!

i also tried to open the midi file I recorded in protools in a converter program and it says it is not a proper midi file.....any ideas or suggestions?

check your export options, and make sure you have the whole song

Try exporting it as a wave file just to see if you get the whole

Make sure none of the MIDI tracks are muted or anything's in sol

Make sure none of the MIDI tracks are muted or anything's in solo... Only unmuted MIDI is exported.
