I've not had to do this much at all, really only once. Did it just fine, but now I can't seem to get it right...
First, I need to make sure all puch ins are merged (can't remember if it does this automatically or not)
Here's the steps I performed:
1- Select all
2- Locate L
3- Range tool (highlights all tracks to blue on my screen)
4- Bounce
Am I forgetting something? Should that not stamp the files and make them all the same length?

you should ba able to just copy the wav files to the mac and than import them to pro tools, then click all the files an select "move to origin" or something like that. that will arrange the files based on the time signature in them.
