I currently have MXL v69 mogami edition tube mic and i'm looking for the right preamp. i was thinking of getting a tube preamp but somebody had told that some problems might arise. i just wanted to make sure if i do decide to get a tub preamp there won't be any problems.

Gravitational anomalies aside, I don't think you should worry about it until you can listen to the pairing for yourself and decide if you like it. Lots of great recordings have been made with tube on tube, with little damage. I would just steer clear of the t00b devices.

Any decent tube mic should not have a problem working with a tube preamp. It is more of question of does a specific tube mic make a good match with a specific tube preamp and if that combo is the sound/color that you really want.
