Whenever i open reason under rewire after SX, I get the following pop-up on start-up:
MIDI input problem
One or several of the MIDI inputs could not be opened. They might be in use by another application. Open the Preferences dialog and check your MIDI settings.
as a result, i can't use my controller's faders etc to control parameters in reason. what should i do?

A situation when i am not in rewire and other MIDI functions are proper:
when i right click and 'Edit MIDI Remote Mapping...' it doesn't receive any MIDI input when it's on 'Learn from MIDI input'.
however, the faders and knobs are moving sliders on the software at the same time.
