Now i have a Behringer 1622fx mixer but i hear i need an interface for even better quality?What one shall i buy and how do i set it up? i must add I'm only recording vocals if that makes any difference

You don't need a mixer at all if you are only recording vocals.

Normally I would agree with Boulder on choosing the proper mic but the noise and brittleness of the B gear overrides that IMO.

The Behringer is an interface and mixer in one. Adding an interface to it isn't going to make any improvement unless you spend a fair bit more and replace the Behringer entirely.
A mic will have more effect on your sound than your preamps or interface. What microphones are you using now?
