How many Mb will CD standard use in stereo per minute?

I think we're getting kiloBytes (kB) and kilobits (kb) mixed up here.

I think we're getting kiloBytes (kB) and kilobits (kb) mixed up here.maybe.... And I think I converted slightly wrong too.
149.33 KB/s (kilobytes)
1194.67 kbps (kilobits)
Thats if a kilobyte is 1024 bytes
Now, my other calculations are right if 1 kilobyt=1000 bytes
146 KB/s (kilobytes)
1166.67 kbps (kilobits)
Now I was confusing kbps with KB/s. The music I have is kbps, not KB/s. So those numbers make alot more sense.
like a 1-1.5 mb/s maybe... atleast, thats what it is if I rip a
