XP 64 has been out in beta for a while. My info from Microsoft says May 05 for the official release and I've seen nothing to indicate it won't. Sonar 64 was released in alpha not too long ago, no date has been set for the official release yet that I've seen.
If you have a 64bit processor ie Athlon 64 etc. you can run both XP and Sonar 64 but if it's your only audio system I would wait at least until the official release. Waiting until the release of SP1 for XP 64 would be even better. However if you have more than 1 audio system go for it.
