Not that it's any comparison but broadjam does allow you to submit songs for consideration for advertisements and film. Albeit at a price. Still for a cost you get your music heard by people who may buy it. If you're good at it, chances are someone will bite...........eventually.

I work with a really good composer. He is amazing at how fast and how good he can get down a commercial. I have seen him go from nothing to 30 seconds of the best sounding music that really fits the commercial in under an hour. I have also seen him take days to do the same thing. He has been trying to break into the commercial market place for about a year. I do his mastering and he does a couple of commercial jingles for us when we need them. He has tried everything to break into that market but still no go. He has sent out demos. he has called on advertisers, he has put his music on line and so far nothing is working. During the day he works as an insurance adjuster and does his composing at night and on weekends.
Best of luck and keep on plugging, You only have to get your foot into the door and then I think, if you are at all good, you will have plenty of work. It is getting into the "scene" in the first place that is sooooooooooo hard to do.

Own one of the big jingle houses in Chicago.
Other than that, you can make a large portfolio of jingles using already established products and submit them to ad agencies.
This is a market that is VERY hard to crack. Remember, you'd be competing with Barry Manilow, Elton John and a lot of other major composers.
