I've got a Digi 002 and I want to use this piece of sampled music as an intro for my band when we play live. I already imported it in Pro Tools and spliced it up the way I want it. Here's my problem, I need to slow it down slightly to match the speed of our first song, and I also need to bump it up a half step in pitch. Anybody know how I can accomplish this? I've been trying to figure it out for like an hour now with no such luck! Thanks, take care!

Hi,
the program you really should use for this is Ableton Live. It makes this kind of things on the fly and also makes everything look so simple.
In PT LE you have to do two operations. I´m not sure the ordering makes any difference, but it might. Both operations are destructive, so save away copies first. Both are in the Audisuite menu.
-- slowdown : Audiosuite / Other / Time Compression Expansion
-- pitch shift: Audiosuite / Pitch Shift / Pitch shift
Good luck.
